Homemade Chili Garlic Paste

Tools:
- Large pan
- Glass jar / container
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 13 tbsp of minced garlic (or 40 cloves)
- 3 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
1.) Add olive oil to pan with medium-low heat, then cook garlic and ginger. Saute for 1 minute or until fragrant.
2.) Add red pepper flakes and tomato paste, then saute for another 1-2 minutes.
3.) Pour into container and save for other dishes / recipes.
