Mediterranean Shrimp
[Mediterranean Shrimp]
Servings: 2-4
Prep time: 10 minutes (not including thaw time)
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Tools:
- Large pan
 - Large bowl
 
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 - 1/2 tbsp butter
 - 1 tsp minced garlic
 - 1/2 tsp paprika
 - 1/4 tsp oregano
 - 1/8 tsp salt & pepper*
 - 1/8 tsp garlic & onion powder*
 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
 - 1/2 slice lemon (optional)
 
*Because we use these four ingredients often, we mixed them together into one seasoning bottle which is what we used here as 1/4 tsp altogether
Directions:
1.) Toss shrimp with powders and minced garlic, then let sit to marinate.
2.) Melt butter in pan and add oil when nearly melted.
3.) Add shrimp and let cook 2 minutes on each side.
